Manila Clams 2lbs

Our Manila clams are hand-dug in the Hood Canal in Washington. They are already purged in salt water and sand-free. They are sweet and buttery and perfect to cook either by steam or sauteed. They refrigerate well, and our 2-pound bags can feed 1-2 people.
