Shipping Information
We ship all orders every Wednesday, with delivery arriving on Thursday or Friday, depending on your location. During checkout, you’ll have the option to choose the Wednesday that works best for you. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, and when your fresh oysters and seafood ship, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow their journey to your door.
Orders are processed and shipped every Wednesday using FedEx. See the map below to determine your shipping zone region and rate.
Shipping Regions
At this time, we are unable to ship to Texas, Hawaii, or Alaska. Additionally, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes due to the perishable nature of our products. We appreciate your understanding and are always exploring ways to expand our shipping options!

Shipment Packaging
For those who know just how delicious our fresh oysters are, we offer convenient monthly and bi-monthly subscriptions - because once you taste them, you’ll want them on a regular basis! Instead of placing a new order each month, subscribers receive their oysters automatically, shipped at the same time each month as their original purchase.

Shipping live oysters and fresh seafood requires extra care to ensure they arrive at your door cold, fresh, and ready to enjoy. Because fresh oysters are highly perishable, we use specialized insulated packaging and plenty of ice packs to maintain the perfect temperature. Plus, fast shipping is essential - our fresh oysters need to reach you within two days to guarantee peak quality. While express shipping and premium packaging add to the cost, they’re necessary to preserve freshness and flavor. We’re always exploring ways to make shipping more efficient and affordable so you can enjoy the taste of Willapa Bay with ease!
